My prenatal classes with Rossella have been absolutely amazing. Her calm and warm voice and attitude makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable, although I was a complete novice. She even provided me with ideal labour day positions that can help, and a mantra. I can not recommend her enough. I am sure all her other classes are just as helpful and beautiful.

Rossella is a warm and inspiring yoga teacher. She adapts the class to ensure new and experienced have options. The Thurs night class destresses me from the week and opens my body and mind ready for the weekend. This yoga practice is more than a class it is acceptance of yourself and what you can achieve. Thank you.

I did prenatal yoga with Rossella from about 20 weeks and absolutely loved it! Really helped with pregnancy pains and Rossella was lovely with tips for labour. The breathing and positions she recommended really helped. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of attending Rossella's yoga, sound bath, aromatherapy, and detox dinner event, and it was nothing short of transformative. Rossella's attention to detail was evident from the moment I arrived. Her soothing voice guided us through each step, creating a serene atmosphere that set the tone for the entire experience. The yoga session was invigorating, with a focus on strength and balance that left me feeling refreshed and centered. The mindfulness meditation that followed was a much-needed reprieve from the chaos of daily life, and the sound bath transported me to a state of deep relaxation unlike any other. Rossella's homemade essential oil spray added an extra layer of tranquility to the experience, improving the aromatherapy aspect of the event. It's clear that she puts a lot of thought and care into every aspect of her practice, and it truly shows. The detox dinner was a delightful culmination of the evening, with delicious food and a lovely company of like-minded individuals. Overall, Rossella's event was a holistic journey that supported my body, mind, and soul. I can't wait to attend her next event and continue on this path of self-discovery and wellness.

I have attended many yoga classes in the past years but this week I have tried a yoga EVENT in Angel (Islington) and believe me, it has been a transcendental experience! Thanks to our yoga teacher, Rossella, who guided us brilliantly, I have felt so connected with myself and of the event I felt fresh, energised and with new mindful deep thoughts. And it just felt sooo GOOD! I am soooo glad I participated and I would definitely dragg more friends possible to experience what I did... such a professional and welcoming teacher, very comfy place to be and discover yourself.. After, had an amazing dinner as well with a super yummy detox meal and a lot a lot and a lot of laughing and chatting with beautiful NEW friends.. ALL IN ONE EVENING! thank you ever so much Rossella, keep it up!

Love this yoga class! Rossella is so welcoming and warm and a really great instructor. I find the class has really helped me with my core strength and to give me a bit of headspace after a busy day with three young children. Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of giving a yoga class a try.
