Refund & Membership Policy – Bexleyheath Yoga Classes

We aim to keep our yoga community fair, transparent, and easy to navigate while maintaining a smooth experience for everyone.
Please read this policy carefully before purchasing your membership.

If The Teacher cancel a class

• If I cancel a class, you will be given the chance to reschedule it if it’s possible.

• Ground Membership (5 classes per month):

  • Cancelled classes can be rescheduled, except if the cancellation happens at the end of the month.

  • If rescheduling isn’t possible, the class will be refunded.

• Grow Membership (8 classes per month):

  • If a cancelled classes can’t be rescheduled or replaced with the extra class available in 5-week months. It will be refunded.

  • If rescheduling isn’t possible, the cancelled class will be refunded.

• If the studio is closed for a full month (for example, during holidays), all memberships will be paused for that period. No payments will be taken, or the month will be credited to you.

If you (the student) cancel or miss a class

• You can reschedule a class up to 12 hours before the start time when this is possible.

• Missed or late-cancelled classes count as used and cannot be refunded or carried over.

• Classes do not roll over to the next month; each membership renews monthly with a new cycle of classes.

Membership Freeze Option

• Each member may freeze their membership for up to one month per year, with at least two weeks’ written notice before the freeze begins.

• During the freeze period, no payments will be taken, and no classes can be booked.

Membership Cancellation

• Memberships can be cancelled at any time with at least five days written notice before the next renewal date.

• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused classes once a new cycle has begun.
