Events & retreats:

Kids’ yoga or workshops:
No-shows are non-refundable.
3. Health & Safety
You are responsible for your own health during sessions.
Always inform us of injuries or medical conditions before class.
Children must be healthy and able to participate safely.
4. Online Sessions & On-Demand Access
Zoom links and content access are private and non-transferable.
Please practice in a safe environment and follow instructions responsibly.
5. Children’s Activities
Guardians must provide emergency contact information.
Children must be picked up promptly at session end times.
We reserve the right to remove a child whose behavior impacts group safety.
6. Photography & Media
We may take photos/videos during in-person events for promotional use.

Be.Me.Now Online Studio – Membership Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Access
Your membership grants you access to the Be.Me.Now Online Studio, including yoga classes, meditations, breathwork practices, wellbeing resources, and new content added regularly.
Access is for personal use only.
You may not share your login details, download videos to distribute, or provide your membership to others.
2. Billing & Payments
The membership fee is £8.99/month (launch price) unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider (Stripe or your chosen gateway).
Your membership renews automatically every month on the date of your original purchase.
You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid.
3. Launch Price Guarantee
As a launch member:
Your price of £8.99/month is guaranteed for the life of your active membership.
If you cancel and rejoin later, you will be subject to the current price at that time.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel anytime from your account page.
Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Once cancelled, you will lose access when the billing period ends.
5. Refund Policy (No Refunds)
Since you receive immediate access to digital content:
All membership payments are non-refundable.
No partial-month refunds are provided.
If you forget to cancel, the payment cannot be refunded.
This is standard for digital and on-demand content.
6. Account Sharing & Fair Use
Membership is for one individual only.
Sharing login details, downloading content to distribute, or allowing others to access the studio through your account is prohibited.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts found in violation of this clause.
7. Intellectual Property
All content inside the Be.Me.Now studio — videos, audio, written guides, branding, and materials — is the property of Rossella Forastiero / Be.Me.Now.
You may not copy, redistribute, publish, or resell any content.
Content may only be accessed through the membership platform.

The practices provided are for general wellbeing and educational purposes only.
